We’ve been a bit silent on the blogs over the past several months as we’ve been reviewing our product offerings and the margins we work with.
The results of our reviews will see our website packages simplified into a single, Fully Managed product. Current products are still available but for a very short time as we expect the changes to take place within the next week or two. At that time we will no longer be offering the Easy Landing or the Fully Managed plus.
We found the Easy Landing was not a preferred option like we first considered. Website operators are seeking full function of their sites over the price advantage that the Easy Landing offered. And the Fully Managed plus, though offering a well priced design and development to get started, proved to be confusing to first time purchasers and a low volume selection.
We will still be making design and development options available but those will be offered as extras to the Fully Managed website package. And we are further reviewing our price points to ensure we continue to provide a high quality and sustainable service, but also to offer the best price we can to our clients. Actually, this is something we do a few times each year as volumes change and margins grow alongside. We want to generate the revenue we need to continue operations and grow our service, but we’re not seeking ALL the money 🙂 Our clients contribute to our growth and we always want to recognize that by sharing back in the benefits.
An exciting change that we’re happy to be a part of is all eFranchises on the network will be incorporating the eCommunity functions to allow visitors to purchase their website within that network and to be part of the eFranchise online community. What this means for the eFranchise founders is they can offer this additional feature of Fully Managed websites to their prospective eFranchisees as a next-level eCommerce solution to the Vendor packages currently available. Our first project for this change is with our good friends at Bargain Central.

For all communities, we will be providing purchase options on the parent sites of each network to help speed up the purchase and activation time. Currently purchases are made on this website and then accounts are created on the eCommunity of choice, but soon we will be providing links to the various communities where purchase can be made directly and accounts created simultaneously. This will significantly reduce the processing time and steps for each activation with our ultimate goal being virtually instant setup following purchase.
As we adjust our product packages we want to remind our clients that a price adjustment savings is passed on to them so that they are not overpaying while new members get the savings. We believe in member loyalty first and strive to always acknowledge that our current customers are why we are still in business. So if any visitors are considering purchasing a website package before the changes are implemented, we’ve got you covered. You won’t overpay.
