As a fully managed WordPress hosting system, the NoSiteUnseen network can be mistakenly considered just another website hosting service – a place to move existing websites over to, or to start a new website using the available builder tools.

Unfortunately that misconception can lead current website owners to reason, “We really don’t need hosting right now. What we have works fine.” Or upcoming website administrators might conclude, “There’s less expensive hosting services available with their own managed hosting and builder tools.” And the opportunities inherent within the network system go unrealized.

The reality is that NoSiteUnseen is not just another website hosting service because the network is built for much more than just website hosting. It is built for plumbers, carpenters, nurses, security guards, journalists, stay at home mothers, waitresses, bus boys, secretaries, CEO’s, lawyers, doctors, shoe salesmen, multilevel marketers, poets, seniors and anyone else who has a product and/or service to sell.

NoSiteUnseen is not just another website hosting service

This then begs the question, how does the network do more than just host the websites of these persons? The short answer is, leverage of time. NoSiteUnseen is structured to optimize and redeem time to favour business website operators. Business owners and operators recognize that time is their greatest overhead cost. Time is what they spend learning their service and developing their product. Time is what they spend delivering to clients, and time is what they spend processing and performing the associated administrative tasks.

Time is money

This is a well known idiom attributed to Benjamin Franklin and is as relevant today as then. A plumber who fixes plugged sinks at a rate of $65.00 per hour, and takes one hour per sink – his or her sink repair service earns $65.00 per hour. Right?

"LeverageNot quite. One would assume 8 sinks a day in an average 8 hour day, but travel time to each job can at an approximate average of 9 minutes per job reduce that to 7 sinks a day. The plumber earns for seven sinks and pays out, or concedes, the overhead cost equivalent to one sink’s earning.

And there’s additional overhead of vehicle maintenance, filling the tank and fluids, vehicle washes, organizing the interior, loading and unloading equipment. Then there’s the books. Invoicing, processing, deposits, payouts. Each is an investment in time in order to generate that per sink revenue.

Bottom line, when you are not earning money, you are spending or conceding it.

Leverage of time

So the plumber decides to hire an additional plumber to assist with the service and together they unclog 7 sinks a day each. Both earn $65.00 per sink and concede $65.00 overhead cost each, but the new plumber is paid $45.00 per hour which in turn increases the value for the original plumber’s time. Now two sinks are done in a single hour and the original plumber earns $85.00 per service hour since his or her hired plumber earns $45.00.

In hiring the second plumber, the first plumber leveraged time.

Bottom line, when you are not earning money, you are spending or conceding it.

Just website hosting

Now suppose that first plumber had to make breakfasts and lunches for that second plumber? And cleaned and readied their service vehicle for them? And washed and pressed their coveralls for them? That leveraged time is spent now on a new time investment. Overhead is increased and more costs conceded.

That is also the case when a website needs to be updated, or cleaned from a hack, or optimized for searchability. That website which was originally intended to leverage time by providing increased market exposure and availability for prospective clients has instead become a larger overhead … or just website hosting.

Not just website hosting

And this is where NoSiteUnseen provides its advantage. It is the network that “just works”. When your website is increasing the exposure of your business to the market, and is available to current and prospective clients then it is your leverage of time to increase your revenue instead of being your concession of overhead costs.

Providing such a network is our leverage of time. Our interests are best served when your interests are best served. And there is so much more that the network brings to the table to not only “just work” but to go to work for you.
