There are four hosting plans available, Basic, Designer, Developer, and All Inclusive.

Basic is supported hosting at its best – server, WordPress, plugins, themes – it’s all supported. The next three levels add a specifc talent group to assist website development. A designer, a programmer, and a content writer become available under each plan to provide their services at the purchaser’s discretion.

Each group provides up to 12 service hours in the hosting plan year. If the All Inclusive plan was purchased and then activated on July 1, for example, there would be 36 service hours available until July 1 the following year to allocate between all three professional service providers.

So what about year two? Downgrading is free and expected. In year two a custom theme and functions are typically not a consideration. Downgrade to the Basic and still receive all the excellent management benefits. You may still purchase service hours of any of the service providers, so if content is required in year two, purchase an hour or more content writing as needed.

In year three stay at Basic or upgrade to any level.

All hosting plans are the same for storage and resources, framework and theme options, visual editor, security and management. Upgrades and downgrades do not change that. The various plans just add to the talent pool which forms your specific development team.
